Scope: Modifications of first floor to create a new entrance to building. New lobby was constructed with decorative LED lights, enhanced security desk, sleek new turnstiles, restrooms and an AV wall. During the two-phase construction project, J&M Brown demoed old restaurant spaces, installed new distribution panels, and coordinated hundreds of feet of conduit runs in garage. Additionally, J&M Brown’s low-voltage division, SpectrumIT, performed the security scope for this project.
