One Seaport Square – Boston, MA

J & M Brown has completed the core and shell electrical construction at Parcels B and C in the Seaport. The projects consists of two (2) 22-story towers at 5 Fan Pier Boulevard and 22 Northern Ave, with a combined 832 residential units with 3-stories of retail space and 3 levels of below-grade parking. Spectrum IT, the low-voltage division of J & M Brown, provided installation of the buildings’ security systems and the design-build A/V system. In total, the project is the currently the largest development currently in Boston at 1.1 million square feet. It was completed, as scheduled, in the fall of 2017.
