Scope: J&M Brown was the electrical contractor for this fast-track project covering four floors for GMO’s new office in downtown Boston. The space includes a breath-taking interconnecting stair with a hanging chandelier that has 175 lamps. The space also contains offices, flex rooms, lounge areas, kitchenettes and open office spaces. J & M Brown worked closely with the architect and GC to alleviate any pitch points to keep the project on schedule.
