Design/Build and Budgeting

J & M Brown can get involved early in the planning process to help clients identify and resolve potential conflicts and help incorporate viable solutions before work commences. Our pre-construction planning approach includes detailed take-offs, assisted with computer modeling and look-ahead planning to establish an accurate budget, schedule, and level of labor hours.
