Scope: Installed 100 new LED down lights, replacing existing fixtures. Retrofit more than 300 existing cove lights, parabolic fixtures and wall sconces with new energy-efficient lamps and ballasts. Occupancy sensors were installed in perimeter offices.

Crew worked nights to eliminate disruption to client’s daily operations, coordinating retrofit project closely with the facility management team on the 24th floor of 200 Berkely Street, the Old John Hancock Building.
