LabCentral expanded their presence into a new biotech building in the heart of Kendall Square. LabCentral’s phase 1 consists of a floor of labs and a floor of offices with amenities. J&M Brown performed all the electrical construction for phase 1, including but not limiting to: lighting, distribution, power and fire alarm.
Highlights
This fit-out spans across two adjacent buildings and careful BIM coordination had to be considered to meet the requirements in each building.
