Boston Consulting Group became the anchor tenant at 200 Pier 4 occupying 6 1/2 floors of the brand new office building. J&M Brown was the electrical contractor for BCG’s office fit-out. With the goal of having BCG move-in at the same time as the building was complete, J&M Brown purchased and installed over 1,300 light fixtures, cored 100 of holes for poke-thrus and synced the fire alarm system with the base building, in addition to completing the distribution and electrical construction of the floors.
