Foley Hoag – 155 Seaport Blvd, Boston MA

The demo and fit-out of Foley’s existing space took place over a two-year span where each of the five floors had its own turnover. To keep the client’s operations up and running during construction, J&M Brown along with our-voltage division, Spectrum Integrated Technologies, temporarily relocated their MDF room without any disruptions. Over the course of the fit-out the same crew was maintained to keep each phase similarly constructed. J&M Brown with SpectrumIT worked seamlessly to demo, build and program each floor’s Lighting, Fire Alarm, Tel/Data and Access Control.
