Scope: Electrical and telecom renovations to majority of hotels guest bathrooms – 114 in total – in luxury hotel. J&M Brown also provided original core and shell electrical construction of Four Seasons Hotel and Residences in mid-1980s.

• All bathroom installations provided in occupied hotel
• Construction plan included closing off individual floors while construction was ongoing on that floor.
• J&M Brown teamed with Spectrum IT in the installation and testing telephones in all guest bathrooms
