Scope: During the course of 16 months the Back Bay Hilton underwent selective room renovations upgrading all bathrooms in the guest suites together with finishes. The electrical construction took place over two-phases taking a break during the busy summer season. In total, 23 floors were worked on with 3-floor under construction each time then handed back for occupancy before the new wave of room renovations began.
