Scope: With 200 Pier 4 as their new home, Cengage Learning moved into 3 newly build-out floors in the seaport. Since these floors were new J&M Brown provided temporary service to allow construction to occur and then cut-over to permanent power once the new panelboards were installed. Utilizing 3D coordination, we were able to layout the lights in the cloud-base ceiling and run the feeders to the electric closets without any conflicts.
Throughout the electrical construction careful consideration was taken for the stairwell lights, the video production room grid, and the Flex Gathering Space.
