J&M Brown was selected as the electrical contractor for this 6 floor fitout at the newly built 1001 Boylston St. Completed in two phases, the first 5 floors were done concurrently with the last floor awarded late, but with the same completion date. The electrical construction including lighting, lighting controls, distribution, power, and fire alarm. J&M Brown worked closely with BFD to meet the requirement of added smoke detectors that were needed to pass final inspection.
