A historic building converted into 48 luxury residential units keeping the original exposed brick and wooden beams. The upgraded look features LED track lighting, a new elevator and video intercom system. J & M Brown did a complete gut of the building and installed all new electrical systems that included distribution, fire alarm, tel/data and security.

• Craned in switchgear through open elevator shaft down into basement
• EMT mounted to walls to provide raceways for receptacles
