J&M Brown continues to do work at 1 Congress St. After completing the core & shell, J&M Brown was awarded the InterSystems 14-floor fitout. Divided into two phases, the first 7 floors were turned-over first to allow their employees to move in and a few months later the rest of their space was competed. The electrical construction including lighting, lighting controls, distribution, power, Fire Alarm and our low-voltage group, SprectumIT, performed all the tele/data scope.
