Morgan Stanley – Boston, MA

J&M Brown was the electrical contractor for this 8-floor fitout at the newly renovated One PO Square building. Morgan Stanley’s state-of the-art new offices include all the main electrical components needed to provide an effective work environment; raised access floor for trading, a UPS system for power-backup, tunable white lighting and as many cups of coffee as the heart can desire. This project had an 11-month schedule.
