Scope: Comprehensive electrical fit-out of new Sonos headquarters. The project included electrical installations for three massive sound chambers, conference areas with video conferencing, and laboratory areas.

J & M Brown is currently underway with the core and shell electrical construction at Parcels B and C on the waterfront. The projects consists of two tower with a combined 832 residential units with 3 stories of retail space and 3 levels of parking. In all, it’s the largest development in Boston at 1.1 million sq/ft and is set to be completed by the fall of 2017.
