J&M Brown is thrilled to power up one of Back Bay’s most anticipated developments—350 Boylston St. This new nine-story mixed-use masterpiece (221,000 sq/ft) spans prime office space, upscale retail, and a tenant-only spa/fitness center, with parking for approximately 150 vehicles. As the core & shell electrical contractor, J. & M. Brown is handling all major electrical systems—power distribution, lighting, security, and life-safety infrastructure.
While completing the core and shell work, J&M Brown was also awarded the tenant fit-out for Bain & Co, who is occupying most of the building. To ensure focus and efficiency, we dedicated a separate team specifically to the fit-out phase.
