J&M Brown was proud to be the electrical contractor for the interior fit-out of Bain & Company’s new headquarters at 350 Boylston Street, a signature Back Bay development overlooking the Boston Public Garden. Bain’s commitment to eight floors within this landmark building represents one of Boston’s most significant post-pandemic office leases and a major investment in the city’s future.
Working in tandem with the C&S team, we delivering a high-performance electrical installation that complements the project’s premium design standards. The fit-out includes power distribution, lighting, controls, and fire alarm to support a modern, collaborative workspace.
