Capital One’s new Boston office consists of 3 floors in Kendall Square. Supplied with a variety of meeting rooms, conference room, private offices and open work areas, their new space embodies the modern office design. J&M Brown worked closely with the owner-required vendors to deliver the remote monitoring and alarm systems in additional to all the typical electrical systems. Special commissioning provisions were adhered to with the UPS, fire alarm and lighting controls systems. Despite the COVID pandemic happening throughout the project, the team remained safe and was able to finish the project on schedule.
