J&M Brown has completed the electrical construction of One Congress Street, one of Boston’s newest high-rise office towers. Sitting atop the Government Center garage this 43 story construction project became substantially complete in 2023. During construction, J&M Brown did all the electrical work inclusive of the following; coordinated the new Eversource vault, rigged the generators onto the roof, installed 1,000’+ of busway, commissioned an Autocall fire Alarm system and install an exterior light fixture the length of the building.
