J&M Brown was brought on board to design-assist the interior fitouts for 90 Binney Street, a historic office property in Cambridge’s Kendall Square district. With its classic building fabric and compact scale, 90 Binney maintained it’s terra-cotta arched ceilings showcasing the building’s character while meeting today’s standards for performance and reliability. Once designed, we moved into the construction phase and got the client moved-in on time.

- Designed the electrical scope from power, lighting controls, fire alarm, mechanical to Tel/Data
- Coordinated with millworker to integrate lights
- Timeline: 2 months of design +4 months of construction
