J&M Brown was the electrical contractor for BCG’s office fit-out. With the goal of having BCG move-in at the same time as the building was complete, J&M Brown purchased and installed over 1,300 light fixtures, cored 100 of holes for poke-thrus and synced the fire alarm system with the base building, in addition to completing the distribution and electrical construction of the floors.
J&M Brown was responsible for the complete demolition and electrical construction of Red Hat’s new office in the Seaport District.
J & M Brown took on the electrical construction for CarGurus’ new office space in Cambridge, MA. Consisting of two-floors, we worked with an open-ceiling concept hanging pendant fixture and concealing cable for a clean look.

The space has an open ceiling and J & M Brown coordinated closely with other trades to avoid rework and keep the project on schedule.
