After more than two years, J&M Brown has successfully completed the electrical construction of Sanofi’s new U.S. Research headquarters at 350 Water St. The state-of-the-art lab and office fitout spanned 12 floors of new construction. BIM coordination and planning occurred 4 months prior to start allowing J&M Brown’s team to get a head-start on the constructability process. With dedicated crews performing lighting, distribution, motors and fire alarm, we were able to deliver on the highly-complex job.
This is one of two new buildings for Sanofi located in Cambridge Crossing, a booming Biotech area spanning over 40 acres. J&M Brown was the core and shell electrical contractor as well as the fit-out electrical contractor.
