As part of the $100 million renovation of International Place—the iconic twin-tower complex located along Boston’s Financial District and Greenway—our team from J. & M. Brown executed the electrical construction for the modernized lobby areas of One International Place (46 stories) and Two International Place (35 stories) over 2+ years. Our scope upgraded the lighting and power infrastructure to support energy-efficient systems and provide flexible tenant spaces. Our Spectrum Integrated Technologies division led the new security backbone—handling cabling, turnstiles, destination-dispatch elevators, cameras, and advanced security management systems—while J. & M. Brown provided the core electrical support
All work occurred under active occupancy, requiring precise scheduling and collaboration with Columbia Construction, security consultants (ADRM), and ownership.
