Overall, the project included 3 building with 308 residential units and street retail shops located in Central Square, Cambridge MA. J&M Brown handling the electrical core and shell and apartment fit-outs, while its low-voltage division (Spectrum Integrated Technologies) performed the TelData, Security and AV work.
