For the past few months J & M Brown has been Planning, Coordinating and BIM modeling to help get this phase of Bulfinch Crossing off the ground.

J & M Brown is currently underway with the core and shell electrical construction at Parcels B and C on the waterfront. The projects consists of two tower with a combined 832 residential units with 3 stories of retail space and 3 levels of parking. In all, it’s the largest development in Boston at 1.1 million sq/ft and is set to be completed by the fall of 2017.
A state-of-the-art facility right in the heart of the Longwood Medical area containing more than 400,000 sq/ft of laboratory, office and clinical space. Longwood Medical Center scales 11 stories high with an additional 3-level parking garage underneath. J & M Brown was responsible for core and shell and installed a complete electrical distribution system, emergency electrical distribution system and fire alarm system.

In Boston’s Seaport, J & M Brown is underway with the waterfront’s newest residential tower, working with general contractor, John Moriarty & Associates. The project includes comprehensive core and shell electrical construction.
In one of the city’s largest tenant fit-out and renovation projects in recent years, J & M Brown has completed electrical installations at the new 400,000 sf headquarters of Brown Brothers Harriman at 50 Post Office Square.
