Scope: Eli Lilly expanded it’s Boston area presence with the new Seaport Innovation Center to study genetic medicine. J&M Brown was awarded the interior fitout of the entire building, which comprised of lighting, power, distribution and fire alarm. The new 12-story building has lab and office space for roughly 700 people.
